Canoe™ Brown and Wild Rice Veggie Pilaf“Canoe white and wild rice blend is a nutritious way to add life to your meal naturally, as part of a healthy diet”.

  • Unseasoned blend of 80% par-boiled long grain brown rice and 20% roasted wild rice.
  • Consistent cook time of 20 minutes
  • Ziploc package for freshness and convenience
  • 100% natural, no additives.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Combine 2Wild Rice50 ml (1 cup) brown ‘n wild rice, 625 ml (2 ½ cups) water. 15 ml (1tbsp) cooking oil or margarine. Bring to boil.
  • Cover and boil gently over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes or until desired texture is reached. Yields 750 ml- 1 L (3-4 cups) of cooked brown’n wild rice.

Parboiled brown rice, roasted wild rice.
