Cooking Instructions:
- 1 cup “Oh Canada wild rice, 4 cups water. Place in a heavy 2 quart saucepan and bring to a hard boil.
- Reduce heat, cover tightly and boil gently for 30 minutes.
- Shut off heat, let stand on burner for 25 to 35 minutes until the wild rice reaches desired texture. Drain.
