Zizania™ Wild Rice

Zizania Aquatica' is the Greek name for "Water Grass" which we know
as wild rice, and is the only native aquatic cereal grain in North America.

Ingredients:

• Wild Rice Flour
• Enriched Wheat Flour
• Corn Starch
• Sugar
• Salt
• Baking Soda
• Baking Powder
  

Zizzy Cakes:

1. Premix: 1 cup Zizania Wild Rice Pancake mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp. oil. Stir until smooth.
2. Bake on medium heat.
3. Flip and serve with butter and maple syrup.
   (Makes: 8 - 12 Zizzy Cakes)
