Chinese Fried Wild Rice

1 can (476 ml) cooked wild rice
2 cans steamed white rice (amount could be changed)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1 chopped fresh garlic
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs, separate yolk and white in different containers
3 chopped peeled carrots
1 chopped green onion
2 oz. chopped BBQ pork
2 oz. green beans
1/2 teaspoon chicken soup base
2 dried scallop (soak in hot water for 15 minutes and then break to small pieces)

PART 1 (Rice)

  1. Heat up wok.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil, ginger and garlic, stir for 5 seconds.
  3. Add cooked wild rice and steamed white rice.
  4. Add 2 egg yolk, salt, sugar and chicken soup base; stir until egg yolk is well done or see the steam come up.
  5. Set the fried wild rice aside for later use.

PART 2 (Other ingredients)

  1. Heat wok on stove and keep heat at medium low.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil in wok.
  3. Add egg white in wok; stir for few seconds.
  4. Add scallop, BBQ pork, green beans and carrots; stir for few seconds.
  5. Add fried rice in wok; stir for 10 seconds.
  6. Add green onion and stir until mixed (about 1 second)
