Parboiled brown rice, roasted wild rice
- Combine 250 ml (1 cup) brown ‘n wild rice, 625 ml (2 cups) water. 15 ml (1 tbsp) cooking oil or margarine. Bring to boil.
- Cover and boil gently over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes or until desired texture is reached.
- Yields 750 ml- 1 L (3-4 cups) of cooked brown’n wild rice.
