Cooking Instructions
- Place 1 cup wild rice and 4 cups of water in a heavy saucepan and bring it to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover tightly and boil gently for 30 minutes.
- Switch off heat, let stand on burner for 25-30 minutes until the wild rice reaches desired texture.
- Drain.
- Yields 10 cooked-1/3 cup servings.
