MANGO AND CILANTRO WILD RICE

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Floating Leaf Wild Rice Blend

2 Cups Vegetable Stock

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 Tbsp Butter

1/2 Cup Mango, chopped

Cilantro, chopped

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

-Bring the rice, stock, garlic, and butter to a boil. Reduce to LOW and cook for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes off the heat. If using a different blend, cook according to package instructions.

-Add chopped mango & cilantro. 

-Serve immediately!
