Ingredients: White sorghum, wild rice, parboiled brown rice, red lentils, white quinoa.

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large pot combine 1 cup of blend and 3 1/4 cups of water.
  2. BoilUNCOVERED for 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to mediumCOVER and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

To Prepare in rice cooker please follow cookers instructions and use same water ratios. Add more water if needed to reach desired texture.

* Substitute water for broth/stock for enhanced flavour.
