White and Wild Rice with Portobello Mushrooms
- In a large pot, combine 1 cup Floating Leaf White & Wild Rice with Portobello Mushrooms and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from heat & let stand, covered for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork and serve. Serves 4-6.
