ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH HEMP SEEDS

A HEALTHY, DELICIOUS, PLANT-BASED RECIPE

 

Ingredients

Cauliflower head, cut into florets

Salt

Paprika

Non-Dairy Milk

cup

Lemon juice

tsp

All-purpose flour

1

cup

Panko bread crumbs

1/2

cup

Hemp seeds

¼ 

cup

Cumin, ground

tsp

 

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the flour.
  2. In a second bowl, mix the non-dairy milk and lemon juice.
  3. One by one, dip the florets into the non-dairy milk and set aside.
  4. In another mixing bowl, mix the remaining ingredients to form a batter and toss the cauliflower with the mix until well coated.
  5. Lay the coated cauliflower florets onto a lined baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until nice and crispy.
